Sessions

Sessions are possible via Zoom and phone.

Counselling sessions are normally weekly, but can be flexible. Each session lasts for one hour.

The amount of sessions required is very individual to each person and my approach is flexible offering both short and long term open-ended counselling.

Initial enquiries can be via phone, text or email.

An initial assessment will take place and a contract negotiated in the first session.

Regular reviews of our work will take place.

Daytime and evening appointments are available.

I only work with adults.

Fees & Payment

Fees are £60.00 per session. Rates may be negotiable in exceptional circumstances.

Fees are payable at each session by cash or BACS.

Cancellation Policy

Fees for cancelled or missed sessions are still payable unless 48 hours prior notice is given.
